PRICE
Quote in SGD currency nett before any applicable government taxes. Prices are good and valid for quantities quoted, SELLER reserves the right to withdraw offer shall order does not conform to our offer or when stocks are depleted. SHIPPING
EXW Singapore. SELLER shall not be liable in damages for, nor deemed to be in default of any failure or delay in shipment of all or in part caused by fire, flood, strikes, lockouts, accident, war, act of God, government order, interruption of shortage of materials or transportation facilities, or any other cause beyond its control.
PACKAGING
Rates apply for special request and/or custom packing.
RETURNS/CANCELLATION
Non-returnable includes non-standard products such as: customized, made-to-order, cut-to-length, assembled hose, assembled fittings or components, special order product or special quantities, non-stock, opened pack, obsolete, discontinued, final sale, damaged, used or soiled product. Run-to-order products are non-cancellable once order is received. Exchange or return of GOODS shall be agreeable by SELLER and will be subjected to full inspection in proper, good and unused condition and at SELLER sole discretion. Cancellation and reschedules of confirmed order for standard products are subject to acceptance by SELLER. Cancellation charges (restocking charges) apply for standard products.
MINIMUM ORDER AND SURCHARGES
Delivery fee of SGD$25.00 applies for orders below SGD$200. Minimum order value of SGD$50.00 applies (before tax).
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
This warranty covers only defects in material and workmanship found in the product under normal use and service when the product has been properly designed and specified for a particular application, and has been properly installed and maintained. SELLER does not warrant deterioration to the product caused by wear and tear or misuse. SELLER will not be responsible for any costs involved with the removal, shipping, or installation of the original product or replacement product. CUSTOMER to ensure that the materials covered by this quotation are in line with their requirements and compatible with intended use.
EXCEPT AS NOTED HERE, NO OTHER WARRANTY EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS IS MADE BY THE SELLER TO THE CUSTOMER EXCEPT AS NOTED HERE, SELLER DOES NOT WARRANT THE SUITABILITY OF THE PRODUCT FOR ANY PARTICULAR APPLICATION. DETERMINING PRODUCT APPLICATION IS SOLELY THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY.
NO DEALER, DISTRIBUTOR OR OTHER PERSON IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY COMMITMENT OR ASSUME ANY LIABILITY ON BEHALF OF WAH JOO SENG INTERNATIONAL TRADING BEYOND THIS WARRANTY.
