Applications:
Commonly used in the food, brewery, dairy and pharmaceutical industries. Tri-clamp or clamp union uses two ferrules clamped together with a joint ring to form a superior tight hygienic seal. The clamps are removable easily by hand making this particularly useful where the product line needs to be checked frequently.
Material: SS304 or SS304L, SS316 or SS316L
Seal Material: EPDM, NBR, Silicone, Viton, Teflon (flanged or non flanged)
Finishing: Ra ≤ 0.4μm as machine
Sizes: 1/2″ – 6″, Din 10 – 65 (larger sizes available on request)
