DESCRIPTIONS
Series 550 Quick Release worm drive clamps are good for closed system applications where the clamp must be disengaged to be applied. The swivel-action locking of screw to band makes installation and removal much faster.
Applications:
Used extensively in the telecommunications industry on cable installations where open air application demands durability.
Properties:
– Clamps can be open for easy installations in restricted or difficult areas
– Clamps can be joined together to achieve greater dimensions
Material:
– Screw: 5/16″ Hex Head; 410 Stainless
– Housing: 200 Stainless
– Bridge: 410 Stainless
– Band: 1/2″, 301 Stainless
– Installation Torque: 30 in-lbs (3.4 Nm)
