DESCRIPTIONS
One Way Shut Off: Coupler is valved, shutting of supply line at disconnect. Plug is unvalved, exhausting downstream lin at disconnect. Always install coupler on pressure side of line.

Intechangeability: Standard industrial design, 3 and 5 series Automatic water service comply with A-A-59439. 3,4,5,6 series meet ISO 6150-B, Ansi(NFPA)T3.20.14-1990. SV couplers meet ISO 4414.

Temperature range: -400F to 2250F

Seal Components: Buna-N seal compound. Other seals available on request.

Working Pressure: 300 psi; Vacuum to 26″Hg (connected)

Manual sockets require manual retraction of sleeve to both connect and disconnect the plug.

Automatic
Automatic sockets accept the plug by simple insertion without the need to retract the sleeve to connect.

Safety
Sleeve is moved straight forward to lock and turn on the air. The sleeve is moved back by rotating first to the left then to the right.

  • downstream line is exhausted before plug is release
  • tested to 100,000 operations with no leakage
  • special lubrication eliminates dry breakaway
  • can be used as 3 way on-off valve without disconnecting
