Features:
Industrial Interchange couplings provide a one hand connection and safe disconnection. All couplers have a high concentration of locking balls to reduce incidents of brinneling during operations.

Manual versus Automatic:
Manual coupler require manual retraction of sleeve to both connect and disconnect the plug whereas automatic sockets accept the plug by simple insertion into the coupler to connect.

Materials:

• Machined components are manufactured using solid steel, brass, or 303 stainless stel bar stock.
• Stainless steel balls, retaining rings and springs maximise corrosion resistance and extend service life.
• Steel componentry is plated using ROHS Compliant Trivalent Chrome.
• Automatic couplers constructed of brass with steel sleeve and steel tubular valve as standard (3/8″ to 3/4″ couplers have steel prong valves).
• 1/4″ manual couplers cinstructed of brass with steel sleeve and steel tubular valve as standard.
• 3/8″ and 1/2″ maual couplers constructed of steel as standard with steel tubular valve.

Pressure:
1/4″, 3/8″, 1/2″ Max: 1000psi WP.
3/4″ Max: 720psi WP.

Seal Components:
Nitrile (Buna-N) seals are standard, providing a temperature range of -40^oC to 121^oC.
