Composite Hoses

Composite hoses (wire bound hoses) are great for fluid transfer applications such as; ship to ship, ship to shore, industrial, rail car loading, cryogenic or ATEX regulated zones. Composite hoses are manufactured with multiple wraps of polypropylene, PTFE or customised liners and are internally and externally wounded with steel, stainless steel, aluminium or coated steel wires depending on medium being conveyed. Composite hose and hose assemblies are lightweight, electrical resistance, kink proof and ultra-flexible even at low temperatures. They do not deteriorate due to ozone, UV, oil or chemical attack; that maintains maximum strength, flexibility and durability and that are compatible with the widest range of fluids and vapours.
