Material:
- Clamp band: W2: stainless steel 1.4016 = AISI 430
- Screw: W2: galvanised steel
- Housing: W2: stainless steel 1.4016
- Ground screw: stainless steel (VA)
- Bridge: stainless steel 1.4301/ AISI 304/ W2 (VA)
Assembly steps:
1. Unscrew the earthing screw from the jumper.
2. Assemble the spiral clamp on the hose, align it centrally, press the hose onto the socket and tighten the clamp (max. tightening torque 4 Nm.)
3. Screw the earthing screw into the jumper with the stranded earthing wire or the earthing strip and tighten it as far as possible.
4. Check that the earthing screw is tight, then check the conductive connection bewteen the stranded earthing wire or the earthing strip and the reinforing wire of the hose.
